This event was a second PBC event running this year. The training course was segregated into 2 parts, PBC Concept to Applications, 12-14 October and PBC Contract Management, 15 October 2010.

The 3 + 1 day training course was designed for project managers or executives who are constantly looking for ways to improve their supply chain management and driving high vendors’ performance. The course used actual case studies to illustrate important PBL ‘dos’ and ‘don’ts’ to ensure practicality of lesson.
